The FR2600 Series Integrated Service Access Router (hereinafter referred to as FR2600) is a new-generation switched access router platform developed by FiberHome with an industry-leading all-new hardware design architecture. Equipped with a multi-core CPU and a non-blocking switching architecture, the FR2600 delivers outstanding performance, with a Layer 3 forwarding rate of up to 2 Mpps—among which the FR2600-480 model achieves a packet forwarding rate of up to 4 Mpps.

With its powerful processing capability, expansion capability, rich software functions, and hardware modules, the FR2600 can fully meet the high-performance access application needs of users in sectors such as electric power, enterprises, government, finance, military, and telecommunications operators.

The FR2600 is built with a professional 64-bit multi-core processor, combined with a dedicated ASIC high-speed switching engine and FPGA devices, enabling the integration of routing and switching functions.

When expanding the external interfaces, slots, and modules of the FR2600 router, there is no restriction from CPU bus resources. The switching chip can ensure sufficient and high-bandwidth internal channels for the entire FR2600 device, giving it far superior expandability compared to traditional modular routers.

Rich Service Support

The FR2600 supports a wide range of queue scheduling and traffic management policies, as well as personalized traffic control and behavior management policies (GBSC). It also enables multi-service integration of routing, switching, and security functions.
It supports MPLS VPN technology, facilitating flexible enterprise interconnection.

The FR2600 supports IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack and interworking technologies, meeting the requirement for smooth transition during the migration of existing networks to IPv6.

The FR2600 supports flexible ACL (Access Control List) firewall filtering technology and NAT (Network Address Translation) technology.
